Christmas Tea 2026 Vendor Application


Vendor Information

  • Limited spaces are available.
  • Vendors selling food items must be on the uncarpeted flooring areas.
  • Each vendor will be given an 8'x8' space, with an 8' table and fabric tablecloth provided for use at the venue.
  • You are allowed to bring an additional table, but it needs to fit in the 8'x8' space provided.
  • Do not move or relocate any of the tables or names to other vendor spaces.
  • Vendors are welcome to set up on Friday, November 13 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. The doors will open on Saturday, November 14 at 7:15 a.m. for final preparation. You can access the church via doors #4 or #9.
  • Sale hours are Saturday, November 14 from 8-9:45 a.m. and from 12-12:30 p.m.
  • Please provide a small product donation (with a value of at least $10) in a gift bag to be used as a door prize. Label your donation with your name and business. This item will be collected Friday night by Kay George.
  • If a customer places an order with you, you will be responsible to arrange delivery or pick up of the items with the customer.
  • Please DO NOT attach anything to the walls.
  • Please dispose of any trash in the proper receptacles.
  • During the event, you are responsible for the security of your sales space.
  • By participating, vendors agree to take full responsibility for their own property, sales and display area.
  • Women vendors who wish to also attend the tea will need to purchase a ticket.
