It Matters What We Say!

with Kim Loper

In this uplifting and encouraging class, you will be given scriptures and tools to utilize in your daily lives and various situations that we encounter as Women of God. You will hear heartfelt and transparent stories of how our words can impact our lives in a negative and/or a positive way. Prayer is one of the most powerful tools that we will discuss. How many times have we said things to ourselves and other people that we didn’t mean to say? How we wish we could take our negative words and thoughts away. God made us to thrive, soar and be happy in this life He has given us.

Join us to build a marriage that weathers any storm.

with Joylyn Colón

Learn practical ways to overcome discouragement, release the pressure to “do it all,” and step out of isolation to find rest and purpose. Identify the distractions that keep you from God and discover how abiding in Him brings freedom and lasting joy. Come ready to reconnect, refocus and experience the life-changing power of Jesus.

Becoming Unoffendable

with Deanna Hebert & Alexandra Stong

Do you want to learn how to end constant justification and retaliation of your hurts? We will teach practical ways of embracing forgiveness with grace and humility. This class will encourage not only spiritual growth but emotional resilience. This class is based on Brant Hansen’s book, "Unoffendable."

Untangle Your Emotions

with Joy Herbst & Jessica Gonzalez

How often have you heard, “Don’t let your emotions get the best of you?” Instead of ignoring our feelings, what if we noticed and named them, allowing God to use them to draw us closer to Him and each other?

Join us as we dive into God’s Word to learn how to:
  • Exchange stuffing, dismissing, or minimizing emotions for a five-step process to understand what you feel and how to respond.
  • Debunk the myth that feelings are sinful and discover how emotional maturity deepens your connection with God and others.
  • Live emotionally healthy by applying biblical wisdom and therapeutic insights that work for everyone.

Feelings aren’t something to fix; they’re experiences to embrace. Explore how naming and navigating our emotions can draw us closer to the God who created us - soul, mind and heart.
