A week for kids to connect with Jesus, friends, coaches, and to improve their fundamental skills in one of eight tracks.

Kids Will Choose From 1 of 8 Tracks:

Soccer // Basketball // Baseball // Track & Field // STEM // Art // Drama // Cheer

In these co-ed tracks, kids will practice drills and play games. In addition to becoming a better athlete, artist, actor, or scientist, kids will engage with the Bible through Huddle Groups - a Small Group time with a Coach to better understand God’s Word and how to apply it. We’ll also have an opening and closing service with over the top lessons from the Bible. Hosted outdoors at the church (weather permitting) kids will learn practical skills and grow spiritually.

In these mixed gender tracks, kids will practice drills and play games. In addition to becoming a better athlete, artist, actor, or scientist, kids will engage with the Bible through Huddle Groups - a Small Group time with a Coach to better understand God’s Word and how to apply it. We’ll also have an opening and closing service with over the top lessons from the Bible. Hosted outdoors at the church (weather permitting) kids will learn practical skills and grow spiritually.

$30 per Child

($35 after June 30)

Included in the cost are most supplies for the tracks, snacks, a t-shirt, prizes, and water bottle. Kids can bring any of their gear to wear (shin guards, sports goggles, etc) and those in baseball will need their own gloves. Please do not bring cleats. On site registration will be dependent on the amount of kids already registered, so don’t delay in registering! Those who register after July 4 will not be guaranteed a Mega Summer Camp shirt or water bottle.

DROP OFF
  • Doors open at 5 p.m. and the Opening Service starts at 5:30 p.m.
  • Please use the North Entrance to the Church property (closest to South Shore Cinema) and use Entrance 4 to enter the church.
  • Check-In will be similar to regular service check-in.
    • Use the check-in iPads to print your child’s name tag and security slip.
    • Please hold onto the security slip. You will need this for pick-up.
    • Please place the name tag on your child's upper chest.
  • After check-in, kids can pick up their t-shirt and water bottle. (Water bottles have been washed using the Food Court dish washing machine. Kids that registered after July 4 may not receive a t-shirt and/or water bottle due to ordering timing).
PICK-UP:
  • Pick-up will begin at the end of Closing Service at 8 p.m.
  • For pick-up, volunteers will match the randomized code on your security slip with the randomized code on your child’s name tag.
  • If you lose your security slip, please see a registration volunteer who will verify and retrieve the code.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT:
  • We are providing the sports equipment except for a few items:
    • BASEBALL - please bring a baseball glove for your child. Bats are optional.
    • SOCCER - shin guards are optional.
  • Please label any personal equipment your child brings.

TEAM POINTS:
  • Kids will be able to compete for ‘Team Points’ to be on the winning team at the end of the week and win a prize!
  • Teams are divided by the 6 different tracks - soccer, baseball, basketball, cheer, art, and STEM.
  • Teams can earn points through:
    • BGMC Offering
    • Percentage of tracks’ attendance
    • Other fun surprises throughout the week!

BIG PRIZE GIVEAWAY:
  • On Friday we're giving away a HUGE prize that your kids are definitely going to want! To win, kids will be given a S.O.A.P. worksheet (a devotional guide) each day that corresponds with the day's Bible truth. Kids can complete the worksheets and bring them all back on Friday to be entered into a raffle for the big prize.

  • Activities will take place outside except for bad weather. Kids will then move indoors throughout the church.
