Safety & Check-In System
For the protection of your children, we utilize a check-in security system that allows you to rest at ease knowing your child is safe while you attend service. Safety is important to us to ensure that you and your child have a wonderful experience. All of our staff and volunteers have passed an interview and background check.
Check-In Process:
Check-In Desk
Once your family is registered, you can check-in before services at the Self-Service Kiosks by entering your phone number (or last 4 digits) and selecting which kids you are checking in.
Name Tag
You will receive a name tag for your child and a Security Slip sticker with a randomly generated code that matches the code on your child’s sticker. Please place the sticker on your child.
Security Slip
Hold on tight to the Security Slip sticker (taking a photo is a good idea). That is your clearance to show our Volunteer Team that you are authorized to pick up your child. After service, please show the Security Slip sticker to your child’s Volunteer Team Member and you’ll be good to go!
If you lose the Security Slip sticker, please go to one of the Check-In Desk where a Team Member will verify your identity and provide an additional Security Slip sticker.
